Six thousand years ago Egypt began. Egyptian
Kings were called Pharaohs they ruled upper and lower Egypt. King Kufu (this is only the closest estimate)
was the most famous Pharaoh of them .his pyramid was
made out of two billion blocks of limestone and has
the Sphinx guarding it. The great pyramid of King Kufu
took twenty years to build other pyramids took seventy
days took to build it. There are 6 rooms in a pyramid.
Did you know Egypt has the longest river called
Nile?
It has two seas, and one of them called Mediterrian
Sea, and Red Sea.
Not all Egyptian tombs were shaped like pyramids
regular people were buried in the sand. Egyptians had
a special writing called hieroglyphics which means scattered
writing.
I will show you some hieroglyphics not all of
them because they are approximately seven hundred letters.
B- leg
C or S- folded cloth
D- hand
F- viper
G- pot stand
H- rope
H- Garden side
J- serpent
K- basket
L- lion
M- owl
N- river
P- math
Q- hillside
R- mouth
T- loaf
W-quail chick
X-basket and folded cloth
Y- two reeds
Z- door bolt
I left out the vowels because in hieroglyphics
you should leave out all vowels silent d and s and double
letters in a word. No one knows all the hieroglyphics.
The Egyptians thought that the thinking came
from the heart not from the brain. So they usually took
the brain out of the nose by shaking it until it was
liquid it until to pour it out.
The organs, liver, and neck were placed in a special stone jar.
Egyptians believed Isis an Egyptian god was the protector
of these special stone jars.
Here are some Egyptian food you can make. Wholemeal
bread. Mix four coups of wholemeal cups flour with 1/2
tsp salt and 2 cups warm water. Knead well. Shape into
rounds or triangles. Leave overnight on a baking tray.
Decorate the round loaves with thumb marks. Bake
for 1/2 hours at Gas Mark 4.
At least every year there is one flood. Therefore,
check it out before planning to go to Egypt.
I hope you have enjoyed this article.
(Above
ideas are based on various books.)
Note:
I am working on a book titled Underwater Mysteries,
if you are interested it you could be the first
one to read it! JÜC
