International Peace

This world is already turning on a tough angle and the war is making it worse. Things like world hunger, nuclear arsenals and the lack of love in our communities are worsening this unwanted spin. All humans have the need for tolerance, love, understanding and happiness.   These qualities may seem like they are far beyond our reach but there is one thing that everyone must understand; that is sharing leads to love; love leads to understanding; and understanding leads to peace. Today's great societies must learn to share. Better tomorrows will come by sharing resources, knowledge and hardships.  People may think that love cannot be learnt. In our world's case love can still be learnt and it is not too late. Sharing love is satisfying and that way it can be  spread rapidly. Once love is passed on, people will begin understanding that there is more to life than wage and war.  When we start to love each other we will understand other's needs. At this point of time most people's need is peace.  One person's misunderstanding and lack of knowledge and love can immediately turn everything around. This is why I believe that if one person can break peace then one person can spread love, knowledge and understanding and start peace over again.  "One enjoys friendship most when times are good, when the sun shines and the world is kind. But it is the sharing of adversity that knits men together."   This quote by author John Christopher has given me the power to believe in myself and my thoughts and to write this article. I know that things like world peace, love and global well-being are within our reach. Nothing can stop us humans but ourselves.
