Omer Muz, 2003
Omer
MUZ reflects Istanbul in his watercolor paintings as an
impressionist, revealing his relationship from a personal
point of view, as well as from a grander perspective,
using various elements and references to the past, present
and the future, to depict a "Timeless City."
Omer
MUZ's art career began as an illustrator for Turkish Films
in the 1980's in Istanbul. His passion for Istanbul unfolded
in the early 1990's. Since then he has been intensively
focusing and working on his watercolor technique and painting
Istanbul with an endless desire.
He
has opened several solo exhibitions and group exhibitions
