One of my most happy, exciting and inspiring days in Almaty (former capital city of Kazakhstan), was a day-long trip to Big Almaty Lake - BAL on June 7, 2017.

This photo album presents you the pure natural beauty of Almaty including Nomad tents, the summit of the mountains from distance, road to Big Almaty Lake (BAL) which is surrounded by gorgeous mountains both in green trees and snow, and the BAL and its surrounding as well. Nina Filippova's very kind, friendly and eloquent treat by taking me to the BAL, eventually, is enabled me to reflect that day as a 'visual diary' to you all...

Nina's kindness and generosity of channeling her time as a full day were unique. We have seen one of the most beautiful, inspiring and uplifting natural scenes and Nomad homes together, which is unforgettable.
