PROJECT TITLE:

The LIGHT MILLENNIUM

A GLOBAL HYPOTHESIS

OF THE THIRD MILLENNIUM

THE OPERATING PLAN.

The title represents the essence of the project - most likely,
the third millennium will bring us to the 'speed of light' in our daily life.

All contributions will be saved in the magazine archive, for possible
reuse in later issues. As a global project, non-English contributors are
welcomed, but are encouraged to provide an English translation, if possible.
Volunteer or in-house translators are a possibility under consideration
for the future. A sponsor will be sought after the magazine has established
a record of regular publication. Our primary approach now is to
TRY, SEE, DEVELOP & PUT IT TO WORK.

So dear friends,
if you are interested in these ideas, I hope to hear from you. Although each
of us may only be able to afford a small contribution from our busy lives,
together over time we can gather momentum and efficiency. The initial
publication schedule of once every two months allows us room to build up
steam - once we are fully in motion, our resources and contributions may
permit monthly publication. Along with the interactive concept of the
magazine, your input and suggestions regarding the magazine will always
be appreciated and seriously considered.

As the publication matures, suggestions and comments from readers
and contributors concerning the magazine will continue to be solicited and
used.

Especially warm regards are due to Robert Baumann, who teaches New
York history and edits an annual tourism catalogue in New York City.
Robert produces "The Runyon Way Gazette," a biweekly newsletter with 500
Internet subsribers in the U.S., Europe, Asia and elsewhere. From the beginning
of this magazine project, Robert has gratiously offered his support and guidance.

Thank you all for your interest and participation.

Truly yours,

Bircan Unver
