For A Bright Future: Hello
Everybody, As we realize, we all do live in this small world. We also realize today, that we're equally responsible to participate, contribute for a better life to share. We must, more than ever, be aware of and pay attention to each others' thoughts, dreams and intentions which we act up on, since we are socially, economically and culturally connected as never before... -- We, each and everyone of us do have a duty to make sure that nobody in this earth left behind for education, for a good life filled with ever-evolving dreams. -- It is
not a privilege, it is everybody's right to have.
We must not allow anymore the countries selling all kinds of weapons to -- so called -- third world countries to destroy each other. There must be other ways to make money and profit we could be proud of, not over dead bodies. We must not -- anymore -- allow these developed countries' weapon industries to dictate, manipulate and rule the World as they're pleased to. We must not allow these countries to bully rest of us. We must not
allow these countries to continue to be "self appointed policemen"
of the world. It is enough already. It is time
to feel the shame for what we did, for what we didn't.
This is, today, one huge society we live in. And we have,
now, the best chance and the opportunity to make a difference.
We must, therefore, take the stand and speak out with common sense and dignity for a bright future of next generation. We must,
on equal basis, sit around the table and discuss, (honestly and wisely,)
to layout new guide lines for this global community, so that each and
every child is included, no matter the religious -- ethnic background,
no matter the color of her/his skin, no matter the gender. I dedicate The Istanbul Orchestra's upcoming concert, on 21st of October at Nuyorican Poets Cafe, to the victims of this horrendous crime against humanity. Happy to
know you all, happy to share our music with you and... I love you,
