THE LIGHT MILLENNIUM (LM), has been published on the Internet since August 1999 including the Introductory Issue...
What criteria are used to select the materials?
The criteria used to select the Materials are submissions that:
a) Encourage intellectual products;
b) Have never been published before in any medium;
c) Create a global platform and network for artists, writers, actors, and academics without any race, age, gender and professional discrimination;
d) Represent different ideas, experiences, culture and professions, in order to help people understand each other, have more tolerance for one another and to foster harmony among people;
c) Encourage positive ideas, predictions, dreams and imaginings about the future;
f) Promote global peace, disarmament, consciousness of our time, and positive imaginings about future;
g) Introduce to the public new and various artists, art, literary works, literature, photography, documentary, poetry, global issues or personal experiences;
h) Create an archive of our consciousness of our time;
i) Encourage first time writers, artists and poets to start writing and composing articles, essays, and paintings derived from their own life experiences in order to bring out artistic and creative elements from diverse sectors of society;
j) Encourage submissions from young adults, teenagers, professionals, blue collar workers, educators, and people who are not creative writers; and
k) Provide a feeling and experience of liberation, peace, motivation, social and civic responsibility, and good energy generally released through the creative process.

3: Once ideas/manuscripts have been submitted and have appeared on the organization's web site/s, these ideas/manuscripts CANNOT BE REMOVED from the organization's Web site/s AT ANY TIME. The organization has aimed to create an "archive of our time". (Please also see the "Letter of the Summer-2006 Issue")
4: Changes or corrections could be requested ONLY within the first 3 months follow by the very first appearance of a piece on the organization's web site.
5: After the first 3 months, please do not request any correction or change on an already e-published piece or an announced issue.
6: From the inception of the Light Millennium until the present, all submitted ideas and written works have been presented on the Web, including the Introductory Issue. These are all available from the organization's Web ARCHIVE.
