In the previous issue (#24), we have categorized and presented 59 statements under the 8 Goals of the Millennium Development Goals, which were presented during the MDGs Summit-2010. - The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has set a target of raising a minimum of $100 to ending violence against women and girls.

"The United States alone loses nearly $1 billion in productivity each year due to violence against women, along with 7.9 million workdays."
