PROJECT SUMMARY (Updated on September 21, 2014):
'What is My (Your) Action Plan' Project offers a specific mechanism along with a multi-faceted web page and physical platform in order to promote doable/action based ideas and bring those onto a global surface from every corner of the world; to connect, share, and create an opportunity to develop global partnerships for implementable ideas/projects/plans towards solution based on a defined specific problem or troublesome issue for the sustainable human development and improvement quality of lives in all levels as well as environmental sustainability in the Post-2015.
This project ultimately aims to expand the life span of the 65th UN DPI/NGO Conference along with the Conference’s Declaration as the outcome of the conference, which has been launched during the conference (Aug. 27-29, 2014). Based upon an emerging interest, a committee/TASK FORCE in partnership with the NGOs, CSOs, academician, and students and by interested individuals, will be established. The committee will be formed to lead a collaborative effort for reaching out, obtaining submissions, processing them and presenting the selective ones on the global level. In order to encourage for commitment and involvements by/of all the interested NGOs, CSOs, academicians, students and all from the all walks of life, this project also presents an opportunity as an incentive [*] to all who will be actively taken a part in it towards achievements of the Post 2015 Sustainable Human Development Goals and sustainable peace and security for all.
Selected submissions will be presented on a quarterly basis on the Lightmillennium.Org website that also aims to be highlighted and announced during the DPI/NGO Briefings, accordingly.
[As an envisioned plan and goal] The best of the bests from all e-published projects will be featured in the 66th Annual DPI/NGO Conference that will also set up ground for continuing to provide a sustained platform/s for action-solution oriented projects for the future conferences as well.
TARGET (both UN associated and non-associated): To Non-Governmental, Civil Society organizations, and University, Student Representatives, and people from the all walks of life.

2) Collaborated/partnered a second NGO’s website platform based upon selected Post-2015 Sustainable Human Development Goals (it will be open to more than 2 web platforms based upon interest and required commitment.) TIMELINE:
The first aim has accomplished that the project is launched during the 65th Annual UN DPI/NGO Conference at the United Nations Head Quarters follow by The Light Millennium’s Workshop at the Trusteeship Council on Thursday, August 28, 2014.
As the first stage of the project, forming a dedicated TASK FORCE on an annual base for the project.
First Deadline for Submissions: Monday, October 20, 2014 via email to MYACTION@LIGHTMILLENNIUM.ORG.
Tentatively, presenting of the first group accepted and published projects:
Third or Fourth week of November 2014.
The announcement of these first publications could be incorporated with an NGO Briefing if it is approved by the DPI/NGO Relations. The next deadline for submission is be tentatively on January 19, 2015; to be published – announced in February of 2015.
Based on received submissions, the best action and solution-oriented projects will be considered for publication on the primarily targeted website. The second category of selected submissions may potentially be considered for publication on the second and third level targeted by other collaborated NGOs’ websites, who are also member/s of the Working Group - this name has changed to TASK FORCE.
LIFE SPAN OF THE PROJECT: From the Conference’s week; the fourth week of August 2014, until/including featuring a selective project during the 66th Annual UN DPI/NGO Conference.
*INCENTIVE: Your organizational profile or the individual submittance (300 words) along with a logo his/her organization or a project related image will be presented. [UPDATE - Please note: This is different than becoming a member of the TASK FORCE, which, requires each member's his/her bio or organization's profile.)
The best ideas for the 'plan of action' and 'committed', 'planned' or 'envisioned' project along with the organization will be presented and promoted as a model for solution through primarily, secondarily and other potential relevant webpages along with social media.
In this way, the project and the presented organization will have a worldwide visibility or an increase in its visibility and recognition. It will also connect and lead potential local, national, regional and international partnerships with others UN associated and non-associated CSOs, who work on the similar fields or crosscutting areas.
