In response to several congratulations, she replied : "I am very honored and privileged by this award. In particular, this award will also be presented to a Turkish rooted NGO representative by a global and very effective NGO based in New York, which is also UN associated. More importantly, The Light Millennium, to this date, has not e-published a work about or from the NNN or its founder, nor has it collaborated with them for a public event." She concluded her reply as follows: "Having no prior acquaintance or collaboration with NNN, this award came in as a wonderful surprise. It is especially exciting and honoring, , when it is considered that someone out there we have never met before in person or collaborated with, appreciates works and programs of The Light Millennium through this award. And the international dimension of it adds more value to this award, honoring and exciting me on behalf of the organization."
